Are you tired of feeling like you’re always procrastinating? Do you believe your business could reach new heights if you were just a bit more disciplined? If so, you’re not alone! Countless business owners struggle with accountability and focus, which can hold them back from achieving their full potential.

But what if there was a solution? What if you could join a community of like-minded entrepreneurs committed to helping each other stay on track and achieve their goals?

Why Join the 5AM Accountability Club?

Research shows that people are more likely to succeed when they have an accountability partner. That’s where we come in. Our club is designed specifically for business owners who are ready to take their productivity to the next level. This is NOT a coaching group; we focus exclusively on accountability. We provide a structured environment for you to focus on working on your specific tasks for 2 hours 4 times a week via Zoom calls using the renowned Pomodoro Method.

Accountability shows performance improvements of 230 to 310 percent in public goods experiments. (1)

Why so early in the morning?

In the hustle and bustle of the day, distractions abound – meetings, emails, phone calls, clients, employees – all pulling you into working IN your business rather than ON it. By starting your day with the intention to work ON your business, you’ll have the opportunity to focus on the things you need to work on to achieve your goals before distractions arise.

It’s a time when the world is quiet, and you can harness the power of solitude and concentration to supercharge your productivity that will carry you through the rest of your day.

What is the Pomodoro Method?

The Pomodoro Method is a time management technique that breaks work into intervals, 50 minutes of focused work, separated by a short 10 minutes break. It’s a proven way to boost productivity and focus, allowing you to accomplish more in less time.

How Does It Work?

Our club meets every Monday through Thursday from 6am to 8:10am EST (5am – 7:10am CDT), as well as the first Friday of every month at the same time. Meetings are conducted via Zoom calls, and participants are required to have their cameras on for the entire duration of the call.

Research shows that the mere presence of another person improves human performance by 16 to 32 percent. (2)

Before each Zoom call, you’ll write down the two tasks you’ll focus on for the day. We’ll start with attendance and a quick positive affirmation quote. You’ll then share in the chat the one task you’ll be focusing on and hold yourself accountable for. Afterward, everyone will mute their microphones and dive into 50 minutes of focused work. Following the work session, there will be a brief 10-minute break to stretch and indicate in the chat whether you completed your task. You’ll also paste the task you plan to work on for the next session. After the break, we’ll engage in another 50 minutes of focused work. Finally, in the last 10 minutes, we’ll wrap up with a final check-in and a quick meditation.

Across numerous goal- and intention-setting studies, 90 percent show a significant, positive impact on productivity when setting specific and challenging goals. (3,4)

Commitment and Accountability

We take accountability extremely seriously. Especially, since this is a Zoom group format, and we do not want other people’s actions to distract you from being focused. There are certain rules that you MUST follow. Failure to do so will lead to the removal from this group.

  • You must commit to meet every single Monday through Thursday 6am-8:10am EST (5AM -7:10AM CDT) and the first Friday of every month at the same time.
  • The meetings are via Zoom, and you must have your camera on at all times and stay for the entire section.
  • Attendance regime: If you need to miss a session, we ask for a week’s notice. We understand that a last-minute emergency might happen, so if you miss a section without notice, you will only receive a warning. However, if you miss a second section, you will receive a final notice. If you miss a third section without notice, you have the option to either pay a penalty of US$1,000 or be withdrawn from the group immediately with no refunds. For every 3 times you are not in the call at 6am EST sharp (5AM CDT), it counts as a missed section, and the terms above apply. If you leave before the section is over it counts as a section not completed, and the above terms apply.
  • You are not allowed to be in pajamas, costumes, or anything that might distract the other entrepreneurs on the call.
  • During your 50 minutes of focused work, bathroom breaks are not allowed (You must fight your brain to want to procrastinate).
  • Your microphone must stay muted during the focused sections.
  • It is mandatory to attend the first Friday of each month. This is a great add-on since it will give you the opportunity to meet other entrepreneurs from the group and listen while everyone shares each other’s quarter’s goal, and what specific tasks everyone will do this new month to get closer to accomplishing those quarter’s goals. Everyone is required to speak on the Friday meetings. The attendance regime above applies on this day as well.

Don’t let procrastination hold you back any longer. Join the 5AM Accountability Club, meet other entrepreneurs, and unlock your full potential. Together, we’ll support each other, hold each other accountable, and achieve greatness.
